Please find below some practical information and rules to make your stay more pleasant.​

Please DON'T THROW TRASH OR PAPERS IN THE TOILET

We know that in most countries in this planet is normal to throw papers in the toilet but in Greece not. That's why there is a bin next to the toilet.

In the unlikely event a toilet blocks during  the stay from trash or papers we have the right to charge the plumbers unblock to the guests.

 

The apartment is a non-smoking area so please DON'T SMOKE IN THE APARTMENT

You need to respect the rules and the people who are not smoking. In case someone breaks this rule we have the right to immediate cancel the reservation without any refund and charge the guests with an extra cleaning fee.

 

Please DON'T IRON YOUR CLOTHES ON THE BED-SOFA-FURNITURES

There is an iron board in every apartment. In the unlikely event guests burn or destroy anything they are responsible to pay and replace it.

 

OPERATING THE STOVE

Please see the following video for instructions on how to light and operate the HETA Inspire stove. Detailed operating and safety instructions are available here. Firewood is provided free of charge. Additional supplies are available in the property. Please contact us if needed.

In case of emergency there are fire extinguishers inside the apartment next to the stove.

Internet is available throughout the property free of charge.

HOT WATER

For hot water there is a switch in the switchboard. Pull the fuse up (it is the double one on the lower left), and after about 20 minutes you will have hot water for your bath. Please remember to turn the switch off again before taking a bath.

You have 2 towels per person on the bed and you can find in your apartment whatever you need for your stay.

Such as iron, ironing board, hairdryer, nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and all the cookware in the kitchen.

In the bathroom you can find liquid soap, shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper.

​

** For One Bedroom Loft Residents **

Residents to the one bedroom loft have access to the atrium area, accessible via the double door from inside the apartment. Please note there is no heating in this area.

** In case of snow, fog, heavy rain or extreme weather conditions **

Pavliani is a mountain village in an altitude above 1’000m and guests may experience snow, heavy rain, fog, and other weather conditions that may affect their arrival, stay or departure, in particular during winter months. Especially, in the case of snow, access to the property may be limited or not possible by car, especially for the final 100m. In this case, we recommend parking your car in the main road and continue by foot (uphill) for the remaining distance.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

For your information, we are apartments and we can not provide (by the law of Greece) hotel services like reception, breakfast and cleaning during your stay.

​

If you need extra cleaning  during your stay,  we have a cooperation with a cleaning company and they can provide you this service with an extra cost.
